At Local Van Rental, we offer affordable rentals of large passenger vans that are perfect for business, entertainment, church groups, school groups, road trips, ski trips.
Additionally, one seat is able to be removed upon request, which creates a spacious environment that is great for transporting cargo. Some of our vans are also equipped for towing, so call us for more details.
Qualifications
To qualify for rental, you must be 25 or older with a valid driver’s license and credit or debt card. We offer insurance at $39.99 per day for CDW with a $1,000.00 deductible. Insurance on our 7-passenger van is $19.99 per day. Deposits are required and vary according to where you are going.Major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as cash. drivers under 25 extra $15.00 per day.
Rental Process
If you are interested in renting a van, we require at least a 12-hour notice to reserve your vehicle. For after hour pickup simply come in ahead of time to fill out paperwork and designate a time to pick up the van. For your convenience, we offer pick-ups and drop-offs at any time, including after hours, weekends, and holidays. so you only pay for the time you have the van. time stops when the van is returned.
Before you drive off, do a full walk through of the van to document any damages not noted on your contract. Vans are always fully gassed up and clean when they leave the lot and are expected to be returned the same way. There is no smoking in the vans.
